At Senkanthal Malaragam, we value transparency and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our tea and herbal products, we follow a strict no-return policy, with limited replacement/refund only for damaged or wrongly delivered products. We have 7 day return policy. All the Approved exchange and replacement will be completed with in 7 business days Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method in 7 business days


1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order and before shipment.
  • Once an order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

2. No Returns Policy

  • All tea, herbal, floral, and edible products are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Returns are NOT accepted for taste preference, personal choice, or minor packaging variations.

3. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

You are eligible for replacement or refund only if:

  • You receive a damaged product, or
  • You receive a wrong / irrelevant product different from what you ordered.

📌 You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.


4. Replacement / Refund Approval

  • Our support team will verify the complaint.
  • Upon approval, we will arrange:
    • Free replacement OR
    • Refund to your original payment method.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 1–3 business days.
  • The credited amount may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your bank/payment account.
